As you may have been told, there is a countless of choices to consider for an ultimate Acapulco nightlife. Discos and bars are just two of the common choices. But if you want to know what particular discos and bars are well-known throughout Acapulco and Mexico, then I found no reason for you not to consider the following details. After all, I have mentioned below some of the most frequented nightlife hubs in the city that could give you the best Mexican nightlife experience you’ll ever have. If you are serious with your aim, then read on. The Palladium – Heard about the Palladium? Well, in the city of Acapulco, Mexico, the Palladium is actually the largest and the best disco bar available. It has been considered as the center of Acapulco nightlife and it is where most of the crowd in Acapulco goes. The Palladium basically features breathtaking views of the surroundings, and it boasts good music that fills the air every night. It is run by friendly and highly accommodating bar staff and they maintain until now a decent layout to meet new crowds. It is further interesting to know that Palladium, unlike the other nightclubs in Acapulco, makes all the actions mind blowing especially when the clock hits 4 o’clock in the morning. This is actually the time when the top rated disco in Acapulco happens. Well, this is very much common during the regular weekdays, but on holidays and weekends, you must expect Palladium to be crowded. You can even see people lining outside, waiting for their chance to be served and entertained inside. Palladium remains as the center of Acapulco nightlife until these days. What is notable about this nightclub is its waterfall that cascades down from the dance floor level. The dance floor of Palladium is surrounded by 160 feet wide windows and it overlooks the Acapulco bay, giving the dancers the eerie sense of being perched in mid air. Palladium now offers European and New York style of house music along with some sorts of hip hop and the latest hits. Baby ‘O – Of the existing nightclubs in Acapulco, Baby ‘O is the one considered as the perfect hub for social elites. Well, this reputation actually results from the club’s having the classiest and well-dressed clientele lounges and dances set in a jungle-inspired interior. It has a smaller space though and you may find it hard to get in and get a table. But, if you want to see and be seen by the other elites, Baby ‘O is the perfect place to go. At this portal, you can hear dance music, including some tunes of the 80s. It opens its doors even to selected nonmembers, but this is also the most expensive and exclusive place to go for a night out. If you are planning to go there, note that Baby ‘O is closed from Monday to Wednesday during the low season and the price range may be around $30 to $60, not including the drinks. Alebrije – This is but another popular disco hub in Acapulco. Second to Palladium in size, Alebrije is so huge that it can accommodate up to 5,000 people in its love seats and booths. It mostly attracts the younger crowds, and the most exciting action starts here from 10:30 to 11:30 in the evening. However, that time, the music is slow and romantic, making the place perfect for the lovers. Afterwards, dance music and light shows are presented which typically lasts until dawn. The music in Alebrije ranges from Spanish rock, salsa, meringue, and the American hip hop and pop. Enigma – Formerly known as Extravaganza, the Enigma features an ultimate light, sound and a sense of sophistication in the first place. This hub is often frequented by both young and adults and what sets this place great is that it offers the breathtaking views of the Acapulco Bay. Aside from that, Enigma boasts a sumptuous Egyptian theme that is inspired by pharaohs. It was further reported that Enigma can accommodate up to 700 people on its central bar and comfortable booths, and the music played at this bar features enough of a mix, which is basically made available to provide something for everyone. The party in the place usually starts at 10:30 in the evening. Andromeda – Several reviews have it that Andromeda is one of the magnificent places to go for a taste of Acapulco nightlife. Well, this place basically offers a unique setting for everyone. In the first place, you will enter via a torch lit moat that leads to the Queen of the Sea’s Castle. Once inside, you will feel a sense of being in a submarine surrounded by mermaids. Yeah! That’s what the setting in Andromeda provides. It is also common in this place that you’ll see teens age 18 to 25 dancing to the best of the latest techno sounds. Andromeda is opens daily from December to April and on weekends only on May to November. Zucca – This is but another popular dance club in Acapulco that accommodates people ages 25 above. Zucca is situated on the hill of Las Brisas and those who often visit this place really dress up well. The men are usually seen in well-cut pants and collared shirts, while the women are seen in cocktail dresses. Aside from that, Zucca is noted for its music that usually varies from the hits of the 60s, 70s, 80s and the 90s. It allows the people to enter and enjoy everything that it has to offer at around 11 in the evening from Wednesday through Saturday during the high season, and Thursday to Saturday in low season. What is nice to know about this place is it offers fireworks display at 2 in the morning. Salon Q – Known as the Cathedral of Salsa, Salon Q features a combination of dance hall and disco. Here, the bands play salsas, meringues, and other Latin rhythms that are deemed perfect for both the young and adults. It is also here where impersonations of the Mexican entertainers are shown.
