    Antigua Airport

    When flying by plane to this Caribbean island, there is only one transnational terminal named after the country's long- serving Prime Minister.

    V.C. Bird International is the sole Antigua airport. It is located on the northeastern coast of the nation which is just a how many kilometers from the capital city of Saint John.

While those who are from Europe averages from eight to nine hours after take- off.

    Upon reaching the V.C. Bird International, transporting to your destination is not a dilemma since there a lot of companies that provide car rentals such as Avis, Capital Rentals and Tours, Carters, Dion's, Dollar, Jacobs, Oakland, Richard's, Slane Supreme, Stead's and Thrifty.

    Since there are public vehicle rides to and from the Antigua airport. It is but wise to have a reservation before traveling. However, there are taxis or cabs that are for hire on a fixed- fare manner to the capital city of Saint John or the other local hotels.

    shopping inside the Antigua airport. There is a duty- free store where you might just find that souvenir you have been craving to take home.
