Locra de Papas is a good Ecuadorian soup. Fresh juices are very popular there. Pilsner is a popular beer. They have a liquor call Espiritu de Ecuador.

    Yay! Ecuador lol.
Well some soups are "Encebollado" (which has onions, tuna, lemon juice, yuca, and tomatoes), "Yaguarlocro" (potato, sheep, avocado, lemon and cilantro) and "Locro de Cuy" (this is a sad one - potatoes and guinea pig =( )

Beverages are generally natural-made fruit juices (usually made at home), other beverages include "chicas" (fermented juice of corn and beets), Pilsener (the Ecuadorian beer). We also drink lots of coffee, tea, soda, and mineral water.
