ok, so I have a job interview with a mortgage bank. It's in 150 White Plains rd in Tarrytown. I live in Yonkers, like 2 seconds away from Scarsdale, closer to Central ave. Can someone tell me how to get there by bus?? i dont drive...HELPPPPP
*ps* Map quest and googling did not help so dont tell me that i already tried |

Try the Bee-Line bus website:
http://beelinebus.westchestergov.com/ or call them at 914-813-7777. Edit: Based on a Westchester bus map At Ardsley Road take a Dobbs Ferry bound #66 bus to Broadway and transfer to a Tarrytown bound 1T bus. |

150 White Plains Rd(Rt. 119), Tarrytown is located between Meadow St and I-287 Exit/Entrance Ramp.
Best way will be either BL/W20 or BL/W21 and listen for recorded announcement "Route 20 White Plains, Route 21 Limited Stop White Plains" to Central Park/Harding Avs, then ask where W1W stops and take W1W toward 242nd Subway which pass by 150 White Plains Rd, aka Rt. 119. You may also take Ossinning-bound W13 but do not take W13 via Bennedict Av because Bennedict Av bus does not on White Plains Rd/Rt. 119 straight to broadway. |

My friend, take the Metro-North's Hudson Line from Yonker to Tarrytown ($7 round trip).
Once at Tarrytown, transfer to the W13 bus. Take the Port Chester-bound bus to White Plain Road and Meadow Street. Please make you take the bus going down White Plains Road and not the one going down Benedict Avenue that's the W13B route. 150 White Plains Road is on the southside of White Plains Road between Meadow Street and exit road of I-287. Assuming you are near Crestwood and the shopping centers up that way, take the Bee-Line Route 20 north to Tarrytown Road (in front of the Westchester County Center.) Cross the street and transfer for the Bee Line Route 13 (DO NOT GO FOR ROUTE 13B..that is Benedict Avenue....just Route 13). That bus goes along Tarrytown Road, which turns into White Plains Road in Tarrytown (you'll know once you pass the Marriott Hotels and see office and condos along the way.
