Yes, my wife. And what a lovely combo it is. The Nordic beauty with the southern passion.

my friend is also greek with blonde blue eyes....
well from what ive heard... originally greeks were actually fair (light clolouring can have light hair, skin, eyes) but because turkey invaded greece and re produced with them ect greeks today are often very dark... especially the islands in greece closer to turkey...
also.. every nationality have a veriety of looks.... for example generally speaking southern italians are much darker compared to northern italians... maybe because of bordering countries again like croatia ect i duno

"white-skinned"? Not sure what you mean. Greeks are white, not black. Please specify your question.

Blond hair and blue eyes may be rarer in Greece than say in Nordic countries, but this doesn't mean that there are absolutely no blond and blue-eyed people here.

And to answer your original question, yes, my grandfather on my father's side has blue eyes and (used to have) blond hair. He' s 100% Greek.

My sister when she was younger. Now she has blond-brown hair. Also, myself younger but my skin was not so white (like a russian). Ancient Greeks were never white as the northern Europeans. That's Hitler's propaganda, cause modern greeks resisted him. He wanted to prove that modern greeks were not Aryans. According to ancient witnesses, the average ancient greek was darker-skinned than the barbarians of the north.

Yes, me. Just look at my avatar.
But anyway, no one is supposed to look like anything, and racial purity has only been claimed by Hitler, which is really dangerous. The interest in a people is the trace of history in all of the aspects, like names, monuments, and even looks. And Greece has a long history, which you can see in all of these aspects, without ever losing her greek cultural identity.

Yeah. I'm greek and I have green-blue eyes, dark blond hair (natural) and pale skin. My whole family has light colored skin and eyes.
By the way ancient greeks were light colored
Modern greeks are generally not that white, whiter than russians but that doesn't mean that all greeks have brown hair and eyes. Most of them do though.
I'm not sure what channel your parents watch but I haven't noticed that there are too much white. On contrary I think they try too much to have tanned skin especially now in spring and summer. A lot of greek women also have their hair dyed blond, not just on TV but mostly there.
