Customers who frequently complain about minor prolblems such as bad service, uncomfortable seats, baggage not handled properly (eventhough nothing was damaged really), poor food etc. often get lots of extra perks such as first class upgrades, free flights, etc.

If airlines stopped rewarding people for their complaints or simply banned these people all together like Royal Carribean did, do you think it would help ticket prices?

I don't think it will help the price of the tickets.it's the fuel price that makes the tickets go up.They put the tax's on to the tickets to cover the cost so we pay all the time. The people who complain are just whingers and complainers
