YES. Sweden is lovely and yes a lot of the people speak English (although as in any country, the further away from the towns you go, the less likely it is). The people are very friendly and the countryside is great. When i go with my family we always go swimming in the lakes (there are a LOT of lakes!) because you are allowed to swim in all of them - you can just be driving along and be like - 'that looks nice' and pull over and go for a swim! Not like here in the UK where you have to have permission on everything. Many people think it's expensive - it's not more expensive than the UK, but around the same (i don't know if you're from the UK or not, but it might be expensive if you're from America). Another misconception is that the weather is always cold - false. In winter yes, but in summer it can get very warm (although not unpleasantly so!) Just one more thing to mention - if you want to buy alcohol you have to go to a shop called the 'Systembolaget' as you can't buy alcohol in regular supermarkets. As you have been to Norway it's pretty similar, but i think Sweden is better ;-)
    Have fun!

In Swedish Universities curriculums are offered in any language you choose. This makes it easy to visit Sweden by enrolling in an educational program.
